Like the original experience, the new experience presents two choices to users who want to share: type email addresses to send a link in email, or copy a link to the clipboard. Both the “Share” and “Get a link” command support all three types of links in OneDrive, including anonymous access links (accessible by anyone), company shareable links (accessible to those within your organization) and restricted links (accessible to a custom set of users both in and outside your organization). This allows users to more easily choose their method of sharing (email or copying to clipboard) while retaining the full set of permissions choices.

There is a world-wide effort to deprecate SHA1 based TLS certificates. In Exchange Online Protection, support for those certificates will end in mid Feb 2017. If your on premises servers are still using SHA1-based certificates after mid February, a secure TLS connection will not be possible between your servers and EOP. If you use Forced TLS for your connector for messages from EOP, none of those messages will be delivered.

For messages from your on premises servers to EOP, no TLS connection means we will be unable to identify those messages as coming from you and will not be able to send them out to the internet. For any partner connectors with Forced TLS enabled, mail flow will stop to those partners if they also have a SHA1-based certificate.Please ensure that any SHA1-based TLS certificates are renewed to avoid any disruptions to mail flow.
