Tom has played an integral role in the successful execution of the Valhalla Condos and Towns for Edilcan, Minto’s Yorkville Park and The Yorkdale Condominiums for Heights Development Inc., where his work is helping to revitalize the Lawrence Heights neighbourhood. As an Independent Director on the IBI Group Board of Directors, Lorraine Bell is Chair of the Audit Committee. Bell is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Accountant with over 30 years experience in the financial sector.

Bell is a member of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Audit Committee and member of the Governance Committee of Brookfield Real Estate Services Inc. Bell is also a member of the Board of Directors, the Audit and Risk Management Committee and the Human Resources and Governance Committee of the Ontario Financing Authority. She worked in capital markets for over 20 years at various firms and specialized in the derivatives market. Bell is a Director of the Associates of the University of Toronto, Inc. As an Independent Director and Chair of the Board of Directors for IBI Group, Dale Richmond is a member of the Audit Committee and Chair of the Governance, and Compensation Committee.Mr. Richmond is currently the Chair of The Canadian Council for Public-Private Partnerships.

He has participated on a number of corporate boards and has served the community as past Chair of The Toronto Board of Trade, The Canadian Urban Institute and Humber College. From 1993 to 2003, he was the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System. Prior to 1993, Mr.

Richmond served with the Municipality of Metropolitan Toronto for 17 years, where he held various positions including Chief Administrative Officer (for a period of eight years), Deputy Commissioner of Transportation, and Commissioner of Management and Computer Services. He also held various public sector positions in Halifax, Calgary and Sudbury. Richmond received a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Mount Allison University, a Master of Arts (Economics) degree from Dalhousie University and is a Fellow of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario and a Fellow of the Certified Management Accountants of Ontario. Neil Lewin is the Deputy Regional Director for the UK & Ireland, whose primary focus is developing the Living+ brand in the UK, which includes IBI Group’s work in the residential, high density mixed use and commercial sub-sectors. Neil also leads the UK infrastructure team comprising urban designers, planners and landscape architects. Neil is an architect and member of the Royal Institute of British Architects. He has more than 25 years of experience in his field and since joining the IBI Group in 2009, he has lead complex project teams in both the private and public sectors.

He has worked hard to successfully collaborate a spectrum of skills within the practice, including architecture, urban regeneration and masterplanning to ensure IBI Group?s clients continually receive a comprehensive, high quality service. Neil?s role includes assisting the Regional Director to develop the structure and growth of the business, improving the design quality, depth of clients and profitability.

Filomena Monteiro has been practising Interior Design in Ontario for over 35 years. Her project experience spans a wide range of industries and has provided her with a deep understanding of corporate dynamics and the change process. Filomena is a consummate professional and manages the many aspects of a project with decisiveness and tact. Her ability to ask the right questions to gain an understanding of the organizations current and future needs results in innovative environments with built in flexibility for future change. She has a thorough grasp of new officing concepts and furniture applications that support the new ways of working. Susan Wright leads the New York City office, a contributor to IBI Group’s Living+. She is a Registered Architect who specializes in the management of urban multifamily projects including affordable and market rate housing, as well as facilities for seniors.

She is actively engaged in the Ageless Living discourse and has worked in the area of affordable and senior housing for over 30 years, committing volunteer and professional efforts to the preservation of affordable housing and the design of residential environments of all types. Susan served on the Board of Women in Housing and Finance from 2009 to 2017 and is a member of the AIA New York Chapter Design for Aging Committee. Carlos Gutierrez De Quevedo is a mobility specialist with over ten years of experience researching and working on urban mobility projects. He is considered a subject matter expert for Smart Cities and part of the team developing IBI Group’s profile in Latin America.

Carlos has a M.Sc. In Transportation from MIT supplemented by international experience in planning and policy, infrastructure, operations, analytics, and technology projects. His strength lies in his ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in different contexts with well-rounded knowledge in all modes of urban transportation. His signature projects include analytics to infer origin and destination matrices and improve bus schedules in the Basque Country, Spain and outlining the Mobility as a Service vision for Chattanooga, ennessee. He is currently defining intelligent infrastructure for dynamic platform allocation at Metrolinx’s Union Station Bus Terminal. Charlie Hoang is an Architect with 20 years of experience.

Over his career, he has built an impressive portfolio of transit projects that includes at-grade stations (Cumberland Bay Station, Victoria Park Station), underground stations (Ottawa LRT, Eglinton LRT, TTC Finch and Union) and service buildings (EEBs, second exits, and maintenance facilities). His responsibilities span all project phases including architectural design, project and design management, client relations, development of functional layouts and design concepts, value engineering, and code compliance coordination between consultants, city officials, and third parties. Duncan Elder is a recognised specialist in transport, transport data and customer information systems. He has over ten years’s experience working with clients to solve transport challenges in London and beyond. During this period, he has worked directly with a number of high profile clients including Transport for London, the Olympic Delivery Authority, London 2012, Department for Transport, Highways England and Network Rail. Duncan’s work focuses on improvements in traveller information and the delivery of customer, demand management and infrastructure and operational solutions on both the rail and road network.

He holds a Masters in Geographical Information Systems and has background in system, software and internet architecture. With over 30 years of experience, Mark French LEED AP BD+C offers extensive design and project management experience in educational facilities. He is involved on all aspects of a project including schematic design, design development, construction documents and project management. Mark earned the Recognized Educational Facility Professional designation from the Council of Educational Facility Planners International in 2002 due to his extensive experience in educational facility planning and design. He also achieved the designation of Accredited Learning Environments Planner in 2013. As the CEO of IBI Group and member of the Board of Directors, Scott Stewart is responsible for providing executive leadership to the company with a particular focus on the operational management and execution. Scott has been with the firm since the early 1980s, initially as a transportation engineer and planner, and grew to lead the development of the solutions sector.

As CEO, he continues to be a proponent of technology-driven design — the ethos which underlies IBI Group’s project and product offerings. Scott is active in the community and sits on the Board for the Transportation Association of Canada as well as ITS Canada, where he has fulfilled various roles including chair. Scott has a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo. Mitch Altier is responsible for handling water, wastewater, street, and ground/well water projects for local municipalities, counties, and water and sewer districts in New Lexington. As such, he also helps locate funding sources for various communities. His knowledge and skills allow him to successfully lead the municipal engineering team in the New Lexington Office.

His specialization extends across all aspects of water and wastewater design. This expertise, coupled with Mitch’s working relationships and communication style, prove valuable when acting as a liaison to project stakeholders. Darlene Broderick is a licensed Landscape Architect and Urban Planner. Spanning 25 years, her professional career covers a broad range of international and local work in both the public and private sectors. She has been involved in urban intensification projects, mobility hub projects, municipal corridor studies, adaptive reuse, streetscape master plans, secondary planning, policy and new town planning. Darlene’s comprehensive experience working at scales from detailed construction of streetscape designs to secondary planning, with a focus on issues related to urban design and complete streets, has led to a greater understanding of the impact and importance of creating connected, vibrant and walkable communities.

Current notable projects include the Eglinton Crosstown LRT and multiple phases of the vivaNext BRT. Roger Nicholson specializes in high-rise residential and hospitality projects. His early involvement on a number of high profile projects, such as Maple Leaf Square and the expansion to the Air Canada Centre, The Four Seasons Hotel, and the award-winning Toronto Delta Hotel has propelled his career.

He continues to develop his client relationships and hone his management skills, by leading highly motivated multi-member teams. Roger has played an integral role in the successful execution of the Park Place Condominiums and the award-winning Rose Theatre where his work is helping to revitalize the downtown core in Brampton.

Roger is currently working on Bay Gerrard Rental Apartments and King Blue Hotel and Condominiums in Toronto, and The Roy Condominiums in Halifax. As US Lead, Infrastructure, David Chow is responsible for the region’s operational results, including financial performance, professional and technical work, staff development, and client satisfaction. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree (Civil Engineering) from the University of California at Irvine and is both a registered Professional Engineer (Civil) and a certified Planner with the American Institute of Certified Planners. He is a licensed engineer in California, Arizona, Michigan, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, and North Carolina, and is nationally certified by AICP as a planner in North America.

David has over 25 years of experience in engineering, planning, and urban design. He has managed major investment studies, complex transportation and land-use projects, Transit Oriented Development projects, as well as the design of local and regional transit systems, and technical work for environmental impact studies. Scott Arbuckle has 25 years of diverse land development and urban planning experience and is a Member of the Canadian Institute of Planners, the Ontario Professional Planners Institute and is a Registered Professional Planner. Scott is recognized by the Ontario Municipal Board (OPPI) as an expert in the area of land use planning. Areas of practice include: Planning Feasibility/ Due Diligence Studies, Community Design Visioning, Official Plans, Official Plan Amendments, District/ Secondary Plans, Block Plans, Plans of Subdivision, Zoning By-Law Amendments, Consents, Minor Variances, Site Plans and Open Space Design. Scott is the principal client liaison and project manager for a full scale of land development projects and is ultimately accountable for achieving client performance expectations including schedule, budget and product delivery. As such, he is responsible for leading an in-house team of planning, civil engineering, landscape architecture and design professionals; as well as the management of interdisciplinary teams of sub-consultants including urban design, architectural, environmental, geotechnical, hydro geological, transportation, infrastructure and storm water management consultants.

Brent works with project leaders to identify issues and benefits regarding the use of BIM / CAD tools, advising of the benefits regarding design automation implementation and the application of design automation standards. His prime focus for BIM Implementation is multi-platform interoperability across Building, Civil and Plant deployed globally while ensuring consistent application of CAD standards. Onofrio Aniello has been the lead on a number of lighting, electrical and communications projects. His electrical experience includes power distribution, lighting design, and preparation of tender packages, construction management, contract administration, and construction supervision for electrical projects. His communications experience includes communications infrastructure design, integration and implementation with various building systems.

He has also worked on structured cabling design for commercial buildings, security system design and telecommunications systems design and implementation for voice and data applications in healthcare environments. Onofrio is a Professional Engineer registered with the PEO and the APEGA, and is Lighting Certified by the National Council on Qualifications for the Lighting Professions. He is a member of the Illuminating Engineering Society of North America and he is a member of BICSI and holds the professional designation of Registered Communications Distribution Designer. He is also registered as a qualified designer in the field of Lighting, Detection and Power with the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing in Ontario.

Tony Burley is the US Healthcare+ Lead and has managed multiple design and project teams for all scales of healthcare and science projects. His experience spans new build, refurbishment and strategic planning of facilities, in roles as both designer and client representative and covers Traditional, Design and Build, Framework and AFP/P3 procurement. The multiple perspectives from this rounded experience provides Tony with a real understanding of the opportunities and challenges that face healthcare facilities, and fuels a passion for ongoing innovation to provide a safer, more efficient and pleasant patient experience. Tony is an excellent communicator and regular conference speaker, who enjoys building strong relationships with clients, users and wider stakeholder groups.

Tony supports IBI THiNK and an evidence-based approach to design, which has included working on joint projects with EDB guru Professor Roger S Ulrich, formerly of Texas A&M University. Kirk Shimazu is the US Civic Lead where he draws upon over 40 years of architecture, planning and urban design experience. His critical thinking skills enables him to engage in thoughtful design solutions from the earliest design phases through construction documents minimizing change orders in the field. He effectively leads project teams and assures client goals and expectations are met in a timely and economical manner. Kirk’s extensive project background and strength in design have been key to the ultimate success of numerous project assignments. His commitment to quality design informs the development of the building elements, systems, materials and details to achieve functionality, durability and long-term flexibility through the process of value design.

Tom Bacus, a Director in Salt Lake City, UT brings over 20 years of experience in planning and civil engineering to the IBI team. During his career, he has successfully delivered numerous projects including work on tech campuses, large planned communities and light rail transit projects. His experience includes project work in transit corridors, transit oriented development, integrated water systems, streetscape design, parks, open space and trail design, site civil design, utility infrastructure, development entitlements, permitting, cost estimating and feasibility analysis. In addition to planning and design work, Tom has done significant public policy work around transit and sustainability, including the development of green infrastructure standards for the National Association of City Transportation Officials (NACTO), regional air quality guidelines at the Salt Lake Chamber of Commerce, transit funding initiatives in Dallas, Denver and Salt Lake City, implementation of regional bike sharing in Salt Lake City, and public/private/NGO coalition building around air quality and smart growth initiatives. Steve McKee is a registered architect with over 35 years of experience. He has acted as the project lead to successfully deliver many complex corporate interiors projects as well as strategic workplace studies for both public and private organizations. Steve’s primary role has focused on front end project development, building analysis, test fits, programming, strategic real estate analysis, and workplace transformation programs.

Notable project work includes KPMG (Toronto, Calgary and Vaughan offices) as well as several significant law firm projects including Faskens, Osler and Stikeman Elliott. Steve has also worked with public agencies (Region of Peel, Infrastructure Ontario) to develop long term strategic occupancy studies involving a portfolio of buildings. As an architect with a structural engineering background, Susanna Pon brings multidisciplinary views and solutions to any project. She has over ten years of experience in master planning, site planning, programming, design, technical production, document coordination, project management, construction administration, and project close-out of new and renovated commercial, institutional, recreational, hospitality, and residential projects.

She has worked with numerous client user groups on institutional and recreational projects to consolidate their needs and provide a design that accommodates all groups in a multi-purpose setting. Jennifer Ujimoto has over 15 years of experience, over which she has crafted her understanding of project administration from pre-design analysis and through design development phases and both in-office and on-site aspects of contract administration. She is thoroughly familiar with building and development approvals processes and has an understanding of the complexities of the municipal project procurement environment. As a designer, Jennifer has a keen understanding of the collaborative process that is essential to the practice of architecture. Her ability to communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors has made her a valuable key team member on projects situated within complex and challenging social and physical constraints. She brings a deep commitment to design excellence on all levels including conceptual, technical and social parameters. Her multidisciplinary experience, includes award-winning high-end residential design, exhibit design, curatorial work, academic writing and teaching, demonstrating her ability to implement rigorous design, project management and construction standards.

Rahul Mehra is a registered Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario with 15 years of experience. He joined IBI Group upon graduation and has built an extensive background in tolling and revenue systems and manages the broad scope of these projects from design, through implementation, solution deployment into the ongoing operation and maintenance of IBI’s systems.

Rahul was a key participant in the Health Care Challenge initiative and has continued to collaborate with colleagues from sectors to advance IBI?s interests in the area of health care related solutions. Rahul is currently dividing his time between a number of tolling projects in Mexico, testing for the development of new standards with the International Bridge, Tunnel and Turnpike Association, and several toll consulting assignments across North America. Raafat Abadir has a long career with IBI Group dating back to 1989 as a Principal Contract Administrator. At the time, he specialized in the construction administration of high-rise residential and office buildings, schools, and commercial buildings. Prior to this, Raafat gained ten years of architectural design and development engineering construction before relocating to Canada.

Raafat has played an integral part in the managing of many notable, award-winning projects in the Greater Toronto Area, including One Financial Place, H.J. Alexander School, The Avenue, One Bedford Drive, River House-Old Mill, Waterpark Place (5 Phases), and the list goes on. Currently, Raafat is managing King Square Mall, Treviso (3 Phases), Harwood & Bayly (2 Phases), The Britt, 11 Wellesley, and 9 Tippett. His ability to coordinate and solve multi-site concerns with excellence has a proven record of client and firm satisfaction. Paula Margaritis has 15 years of intensive multidisciplinary experience in architecture, planning and interior design. Her architectural background brings solid knowledge on built form modules and allows ultimate flexibility in developing and creating highly progressive and innovative solutions in any environment. As a senior designer, she has participated on several larger scale projects ensuring a highly creative and detailed quality in designing interiors and coordinated with the functional and technical aspects of the projects.

As a passionate, energetic, efficient and organized professional, she processes excellent communications, sound project management skills and a team spirited personality. Susan Chang heads up a select team of healthcare designers, architects, technologists, and evidence-based research designers.

She has significant expertise in healthcare interior design, medical planning, and project implementation of hospitals, seniors’ residences, acute and ambulatory care facilities. Her experience in healthcare design and her knowledge of medical routines and typical practices, has given her a unique perspective and deep understanding of healthcare professionals.

Susan believes that each environment is unique and caters to that specific client profile, adjusting the physical requirements including medical equipment, technology, and patient confidentiality. Susan is especially skilled at assisting her clients to articulate their needs and translate them into spaces that are visually appealing and more importantly, support the functional activities of the healthcare provider and staff, while providing safe, private, and comforting spaces for patients. Alex Haddad is a professional engineer with a background in mechanical and aerospace engineering, with over 25 years of experience. Alex is currently responsible for Business Development activities for the Automotive, Manufacturing and Commercial and Government sectors in Canada. His experience includes design and development of various complex projects for a wide range of building types including commercial, institutional, and industrial facilities. His clients have included General Motors, Ford, Toyota, Air Canada, Toronto Hydro, telecommunications firms, and post-secondary education institutions. Alex has been involved in master planning design, management and business development activities.

His experience encompasses Construction Management, Design-Bid-Build and Design Build projects. Anita Leonoff joined IBI Group shortly after graduating from UBC’s Architecture School and learned quickly. In the mid 1980s, Anita began the renovation work on the Hotel Vancouver, one of her longest running projects and one she continues to work on to this day. In the 1990s, Anita took on the local work for Holt Renfrew which at the time was renovation work. This later turned into a new store for Vancouver, followed by Calgary, and a number in Ontario and Quebec, which is a testament to her work. Anita’s areas of specialty include institutional and hospitality facilities design, retail and office tenant fit-ups, heritage renovations, and the management of the approvals and public consultation processes. Mario Bozzo co-founded IBI Group’s UK / Ireland practice from start-up phase in the mid-1990s, helping lead the business through organic and acquisitive growth.

He currently overseas the United Kingdom practice in bringing urbanists and technologists together to drive cross-industry collaboration in solving urban problems. In helping to improve quality of life features, make more effective use of capital, operational and technological resources, and fostering a deeper sense community, Mario harnesses firm-wide experience across sectors and disciplines to re-imagine urban innovation in the projects IBI undertakes. Educated in both Canada and the UK as well as across disciplines, Mario’s experience extends across real-time operations, technology strategies, creating healthy communities, urban regeneration, public-private partnerships, as well as planning and delivery for major global events. Amy Shepherd is a certified planner with over 15 years of experience. She specializes in strategic land and realty asset planning, Transit Oriented Development, policy and community needs assessments. She has undertaken policy reviews, led multidisciplinary master planning exercises, prepared market assessments and growth strategies, assisted with site selection and obtained development approvals on behalf of public, private and institutional clients. Amy also has extensive experience with the formation and execution of inclusive consultation strategies, and has led surveys, focus groups, stakeholder interviews, public open houses and prepared media releases and marketing/information packages.

Geoff Carter joined IBI Group working in the development of our Advanced Traffic Management Systems software with an emphasis on the mapping display functionality. Geoff now leads IBI’s Advanced Traveller Information web and data interface team.

Geoff and his team now support IBI traveller information systems that service roughly 25% of the population in the US, with notable active 511 solutions deployed in Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, Florida, Wisconsin and Los Angeles. Geoff led IBI’s efforts for the deployment of the traveller information web site for the Pan Am games. Geoff has led efforts to provide SaaS (Software as a Solution), advanced IBI’s hosting center in Tampa, Florida and has managed the program to productize IBI’s software solution thereby allowing IBI to bring tremendous value to its clients. He is currently leading IBI’s efforts to advance the Event Reporting System and managing the New York and Wisconsin 511 projects. Rakesh Pandey has over 20 years of extensive experience in stormwater, surface water hydrology, river hydraulics, water management, water balance analysis, flood plain mapping, watershed modelling and environmental permitting including water/wastewater, erosion and sedimentation control, wetland, certificate of approval and permit to take water.

Rakesh is knowledgeable of current Canadian federal, provincial and municipal regulations. He specializes in the planning and design of stormwater management infrastructure and water resources facilities. His main focus has been the preliminary and detailed design of highway drainage infrastructure and municipal drainage systems and stormwater management facilities. In addition, Rakesh has also developed and implemented integrated water resources/watershed development strategies for sustainable development of natural resources. His experience and knowledge have been developed via a wide range of projects and higher academic learning. Jeremy Theodore leads the Seattle education practice and has shown solid growth in Seattle and beyond.

An architect with a Masters degree in engineering and prior construction experience, Jeremy has a deep understanding of the whole planning and design process, from the vision required to bring a campus or community’s story to life, to smart construction phasing, integrated systems, and refined details. These experiences have given Jeremy a genuine respect for each person’s role in the design process as well as an understanding of the artistic opportunities and technical needs embodied in each issue. Milena Radakovic believes today’s designer must embrace all facets of the design process and provides an in-depth knowledge of corporate design strategies, furniture, design and specification, scheduling and construction administration. She sees her role as crucial in overseeing her team from start to finish, inviting all the new, progressive measures of design today. Her forward thinking nature and positive approach are immediately recognizable; her professionalism and attention to business goals and strategy is her number one priority. Milena fuses her design education with technical and construction knowledge. Her work is streamlined, efficient, multi-disciplined, dynamic and process oriented.

Scott Johnston is a transportation planner with six years of experience in project management, functional planning, travel demand modeling, and traffic engineering. He has expertise in the application of travel demand modeling software to evaluate roadway and public transit operations and improvement needs, as well as recent experience with micro-simulation of transportation corridors for EA purposes. Scott has been involved with various transportation related studies, including transit and roadway planning, master plans, survey design and methodology, analysis of data, and reporting.

Jim Moffatt has a broad based urban land and municipal engineering experience with specific emphasis on greenfield development and urban rehabilitation and renewal. His broader experience includes management of municipal projects in both St.

John’s and Ottawa, including three major Neighbourhood Improvement Projects in St. John?s, encompassing all aspects of urban renewal and numerous integrated road, water and sewer projects in Ottawa. Jim is ultimately responsible for all municipal projects carried out in Ottawa and manages the multidisciplinary teams in the design and construction of sewage pumping stations. He is currently the project manager on a major urban land development covering 500 hectares being responsible for all designs, approvals, construction administration and acceptances for a major multi use development in Ottawa. Koehn is the US Transportation Engineering Lead, specializing in the design of infrastructure for complex and innovative projects in both the private and public sectors. He is known in the industry for his ability to focus on the critical details required and delivering exceptional results.

Jeffrey’s responsibilities include management, design, construction management/administration of transportation improvement projects. He is also a recognized expert in the design of sustainable storm water systems, including storm water capture and re-use; large scale dry wells; pervious pavement systems and bio-retention facilities. Recent notable projects include: Washington Park, the Cincinnati Zoo, Armleder Park, Oakley Station CSO Separation Design Build, and several sections of the Ohio River trail. Emma White is a qualified architect and a recognized specialist in healthcare design, working on £1 billion+ health schemes in the UK and Canada. Her experience at the successful set-up and delivery of these large-scale projects has led to her responsibilities broadening within IBI Group to overseeing QA and Process Improvements. Emma is a confident leader, successfully managing complex supply chain and stakeholder groups.

Brad Hughes is a Registered Architect with 30 years of experience in institutional, commercial and educational projects. He is responsible for the complete delivery of the project and has provided design, planning and construction management for hundreds of projects ranging from new facilities, additions, renovations, and historic preservation. His experience affords a comprehensive approach to problem solving and quality service to clients and he excels in the delivery of projects with tight constraints and budgets. Jim Fitzpatrick has been promoted to serve as Principal of our Portland office.

Jim has over 22 years of architectural experience with 16 years of K-12 architectural experience in the Portland office. Jim?s role has been to manage clients, in-house staff, and consultants over the course of multiple education projects of all sizes and complexity. He has an exemplary customer service philosophy of making sure clients get what they need.

His attention to detail, thorough planning and communication, and the willingness to go above and beyond ensures projects run smoothly. Anna Dybka P.Eng specializes in functional and detail design, implementation and operation of ITS, including Traffic Management Systems, Toll Collection Systems, Traffic Signals, Weather Monitoring Stations and project administration and management. Anna has led an extensive portfolio of system design projects province-wide for MTO, and for clients including 407 ETR, City of Toronto, and Windsor-Detroit Tunnel. She recently led the design of the systems fit-in at the new MTO Central Region COMPASS Traffic Management Centre as implemented in advance of the Pan Am Games.

Bruce Han has over 25 years of combined experience in architectural design, urban design, city planning, as well as transit design, specializing in public transportation, institutional, commercial and residential complex projects. His design portfolio features large scale, complex architecture, urban design, commercial and residential developments, where he delivers innovative ideas and multidisciplinary solutions in both North America and internationally. Bruce is an OAA licensed architect and member of Royal Architectural Institute of Canada; he is also a member of Toronto Society of Architects. He received his Master of Urban Design degree from University of Toronto, and also possesses a Bachelor of Architecture degree. While pursuing his master degree, he attended advance architecture studio hosted by scholar from GSD, Harvard University and gained in-depth knowledge of contemporary architecture design. As the US Sector Lead, Buildings, Yong Kang is responsible for overseeing the strategy, growth and development of the company’s new and existing business for IBI Group?s architectural, engineering and interior design practices nationwide.

Bringing over two decades of proven experience in leading and managing major projects, Yong is a recognized leader in his profession. He is internationally recognized for having led the design of more than 15 million square feet of complex building environments for his clients throughout North America and Asia including multi-national conglomerates. Yong is a licensed architect and is actively affiliated with numerous professional organizations including: the American Institute of Architects (AIA), the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the Southern California Development Forum (SCDF) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) amongst others. Yong holds a Master of Architecture from Syracuse University. Wendy de Silva is an award winning architect and accredited RIBA Client Advisor with over 30 years of industry experience.

She has amassed a wealth of knowledge across a range of educational, commercial and residential projects, but her particular expertise is in healthcare design. She has extensive understanding of the mental health sector and has worked with clients who are at the forefront of best practices and she is passionate about service improvements. Her project work has been recognized with awards for innovation and for providing best in class mental health facilities. She has presented papers on mental health design at conferences in the UK and Scandinavia. Wendy has also worked on a wide range of primary and community health facilities and is keenly interested in the integration of health and social care services.

She has been involved in competition winning integrated health and housing developments in London regeneration areas and has worked as Technical Advisor to community based NHS Trusts. Wendy’s involvement as a governor of UCLH FT from 2004-2011 also enabled her to gain excellent insight into the rapidly changing NHS environment and the pressures that Foundation Trusts currently face. She continues to serve on its Arts and Heritage Committee. Octavio Jiminez is a Civil Engineer from the Technological Institute of Durango, Mexico. Octavio also holds a Masters Degree in Transportation Systems from the Technical University of Munich, Germany. He has more than six years of experience related to transportation modeling topics and has developed demand models for urban highways in different countries, as well as micro-level models for modal transfer stations and development of road impact studies for large developments. In matters related to regional mobility plans, Octavio has collaborated in the diagnosis and development of urban strategies and their application in different time frames for the Panama City PIMUS.

In relation to large-scale urban projects, Octavio has participated in mobility studies for CETRAM Chapultepec, which includes not only the impact that will result in the restructuring of CETRAM itself but also analyzes the road impact to be had in the area, caused by future large-scale developments, as well as the relevant infrastructure changes. Juan Camilo Barrera has over 20 years of experience involved in various aspects of civil and municipal engineering.

His skills and expertise include utility coordination, hydrology and hydraulic modelling, storm water management planning, water supply systems, earthworks, subsurface utility engineering, municipal engineering, urban planning and project management. Juan has worked as the Civil Engineering Lead and Project Engineer on a number of projects, including in the mining, industrial and infrastructure sectors. He also has extensive project cycle experience, from front-end studies to full EPCM and Design-Bid-Build mandates, as well as P3/Design-Build projects in complex and time-sensitive environments. He is an active member of the Public Utilities Management Subcommittee, which is part of the Maintenance and Construction Standing Committee of the Transportation Association of Canada. Neil Myers is a Licensed Architect and native New Yorker practicing in the construction and design field since 2002. Neil is a recent addition to the IBI Group and acts as the Zoning and Building Code Specialist for the office.

He has extensive experience navigating and ushering projects through the bureaucratic review and approval processes of local zoning resolutions, building departments, landmarks commissions, and variance requests. Neil has successfully designed and managed many complex projects such as: historic townhouse renovations, new apartment buildings, NYC restaurants, factory conversions, property subdivisions, high rise hotel renovations, rooftop bar spaces, office interiors, and zoning bulk and feasibility studies. During architecture school he was employed in custom product development for an architectural precast concrete facility in Long Island; this experience has fostered his respect fabrication processes, the limitation of materials and how we apply them in Architecture today. William Sanabria has over 24 years of experience in the management of transportation design and construction projects in the areas of highways, freeways, arterial roads and urban streets, as well as, storm and sanitary sewers.

His design work includes all aspects of highway and municipal infrastructure, including Class Environmental Assessments, roadway, drainage, roadside protection, utility coordination, drafting and contract documentation. William has a sound knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Occupational Health and Safety Act, and applicable codes and standards, including York Region Design Standards and Guidelines and Ontario Provincial Standards. He is fluent in both English and Spanish and is a member of the Transportation Association of Canada Geometric Design Standing Committee. Matt Clementson is a graduate of the Welsh School of Architecture, where he has also taught 3D visualisation techniques and skills. He initially joined IBI Group in the IT Department but leveraged his previous experience to establish IBI Group UK’s in-house 3D visualization department, managing a small team of artists producing a wide range of 3D visual output for IBI Group projects.

The department recently started experimenting with 3D printing and Rapid Prototyping technologies, which allow architects to successfully communicate design solutions, ultimately helping clients in their decision making process. Matt?s foundation in IT support and training was a stepping stone in developing a thorough understanding of Codebook, ADB and project management techniques, as well as 3D and 2D illustration. He is also proficient in architectural animation, high-end renders and 2D concept stage illustrations, using the latest software to bring architectural solutions to life. With over 14 years of experience in a senior technologist position and 28 years of experience in architectural technology, Bruce has fulfilled various senior roles such as project manager and production coordinator. Bruce’s work focuses on contract document preparation, administration and enforcement within the residential/mixed-use sector.

With strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, He has honed his skills in detail development, consultant coordination and shop drawing review as well as in site review and instruction writing. As the US Lead on Water/Wastewater, Kevin Wood’s goal is to provide communities with an improved quality of life through superior engineering, particularly with reference to local jurisdiction water and wastewater projects. Kevin has helped municipalities and townships identify, apply for and receive state and federal grant and loan monies for infrastructure development projects, after providing the facilities planning necessary to establish community needs and costs. His expertise matching infrastructure and economic development needs of communities with available resources is critical to providing satisfactory solutions. As Project Manager for water and wastewater projects, his project involvement begins at the inception of the project and continues through to the design, funding, construction and rate determination stages. As Global Director of IBI Healthcare+, Paul Whittlestone leads a multidisciplinary team of experts in healthcare strategy, the design of healthcare buildings and infrastructure, and the application of intelligent systems to the delivery of healthcare solutions. This expertise is drawn from IBI offices around the globe and provides our clients with innovative solutions to the increasingly challenging problem of delivering high-quality, affordable and sustainable healthcare services.

Paul has over 30 years of experience working on healthcare projects around the world. During this time he has been involved in several major clinical reconfiguration exercises across both whole healthcare systems and individual hospitals, as well as contributing to and leading on the investment of several billion USD in the redevelopment of healthcare infrastructure, including major new hospital projects in the UK, Europe, North America, Australia and the Far East. Jamie Douglas’s previous construction experience and interest in wood frame construction allowed him to fit naturally into the custom projects and complex low to mid-rise work undertaken by the firm. Over the past 20 years, Jamie has primarily focused on residential, resort clubhouses, office facilities, community libraries, private and public camp facilities, heritage renovations and several prestigious custom homes and cottages throughout Ontario and Quebec. He currently specializes in mid and high rise multi-unit and mixed use residential design for a variety of private developers and builders. Many of these higher density projects have low rise product associated with them, which benefit from Jamie’s low-rise experience.

In 2012, Jamie was awarded the prestigious Niagara Escarpment Achievement Award for Outstanding Property & Residential Design in harmony with the UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve. Jonathan Steel serves as the Operations Director for our Portland office.

Jonathan is an educational architect with over 15 years of experience in the design and construction of major K-12 and higher education facilities. He has worked with our global education team for over ten years. Jonathan has designed buildings for some of the most prestigious educational institutions globally, including three projects for Oxford University. He brings strong experience in business and personnel management to our Portland team, having built successful practices on both sides of the Atlantic during his career. He is the current President of the Alberta Chapter of A4LE and has presented at conferences for the past several years. Billy Shum has over 15 years of combined experience in Traffic Engineering and ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems. He has directly carried out or been in charge of Traffic Signal Design, Operations, and Planning activities for roadway projects, in both Canada and USA.

Billy has been the Traffic/Electrical Lead for multiple LRT/BRT projects and arterial widening projects including: Eglinton Crosstown LRT and Tunneling; York Region vivaNext BRT; Mississauga GO BRT; and City of Edmonton Valley Line LRT. Billy is a professional engineer with the Professional Engineers Ontario, a California/Ohio licensed professional Civil and Traffic engineer, and a certified Professional Traffic Operations Engineer. He received his ISO 9001:2008 QMS Lead Auditor Certificate from International Register of Certificated Auditors, and for the Eglinton Crosstown LRT. Peter Spal, P.Eng has over 28 years of experience as a Project Manager and Technical Specialist in the field of stormwater management planning, stormwater master servicing and drainage projects, including detailed design, contract administration and inspection.

His experience includes various projects ranging from stormwater management studies and infrastructure projects to master drainage plans and flood analysis, which includes numerous projects for the City of Ottawa and the former Region Municipality of Ottawa, Carleton as well as private developers. He has completed numerous stormwater management projects related to site plans for urban development and commercial sites for both infield and greenfield sites. Peter has been at the forefront of developing creative stormwater management solutions either by generating new solutions or upgrading of the existing aging infrastructure. Jannis Nassoulis has more then 18 years of experience in the infrastructure construction and transportation industry. After he successfully managed the design, installation, testing and commissioning of the first large scale ITS project in Greece, he was involved in motorway operations undertaking the role of the Tunnel Safety Officer of the Athens ring road.

He coordinated large scale exercises and fire tests in tunnels. In 2007, Jannis organized the operation and maintenance of the 230km long motorway concession project, Aegean Motorway, as Chief Operations Officer. Holding the position of the COO for nine years, he managed a major operational crisis involving a dramatic rockfall incident, resulting to longlasting international arbitration procedures, legal disputes and claims.

He also actively participated in a successful project restructuring process, necessary to mitigate severe problems resulting from the Greek financial crisis, earning serious experience in PPP project financing, contractual arrangements and negotiation practices. Henry Burstyn has over 20 years of experience and has developed a significant portfolio of work in residential, commercial, institutional, master plans and complex urban mixed-use projects leading multidisciplinary teams. His extended experience covers a wide range of building types from multi-unit residential (condominium, rental and townhouses) to institutional schools, retrofits and larger commercial centres. Henry’s contribution to projects has been acknowledged through being a guest lecturer and his projects being awarded a number of prestigious design awards including Pinnacle Awards, Oakville’s LBD Award of Excellence, OAA Award of Excellence, RAIC Award and the Governor General’s Award. Jorge Arevalo has 25 years of experience in the aerospace and electrical consulting industries and has been involved in electrical specifications, schematic and detail design for all electrical building systems for commercial, industrial and government buildings. He develops projects with accuracy, efficiency and within time limits and ever responsive to client needs, Jorge is able to adjust design and find solutions to fit within budget constraints. For the last few years Jorge has been leading IBI Group?s electrical teams in the transit field including work at multiple TTC stations, Metrolinx layovers at Mimico and Lewis Road and the Metrolinx James Station in Hamilton.

Most recently Jorge has led a ten-man electrical team for four stations on the Eglinton Crosstown LRT project. Steven Kresak is the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of IBI Group Inc. And is responsible for the firm’s legal affairs worldwide. His accountabilities include the legal, compliance, real estate, insurance and corporate governance functions. Steven is based in Toronto, Ontario, IBI Group’s corporate headquarters. From 2006 through 2014 Steven served at Infrastructure Ontario, in a variety of leadership roles including Director, Special Initiatives; Vice President, Sales and Acquisitions; and Senior Vice President, Commercial Projects, where he led a series of transactions to monetize government assets in the transportation, remanufacturing, entertainment, rail and telecommunications sectors. Prior to 2006, he practiced law at Goodmans LLP.

Steven earned a Bachelor of Arts degree (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of Saskatchewan and a Law degree (Distinction) from the University of Alberta. He is a former Editor of the Alberta Law Review. Patricia Lock has over 30 years of experience, with over 25 of those years specifically in public facility design. Throughout her career, the emphasis has remained on programming, planning and the overall delivery of public facilities. Patricia combines proactive management with focusing on client goals to creatively solve and manage a variety of complex projects and project types. She has the expertise to work with diverse stakeholder groups, community and public entities to form consensus throughout the project process.

She is a LEED AP committed to bringing practical knowledge and commitment to sustainable design. Walter Estay is the Northern California Educational Facilities Practice Lead. With over 30 years of experience in the hospitality, civic, and education building sectors, Walter’s current and primary focus is on developing educational facilities for next generation learners. With his extensive knowledge in community engagement, consensus building, planning, project delivery, and quality control, Walter delivers innovative solutions that meet the current and future needs of students and staff. In addition to his role as Educational Facilities Practice Lead, he also serves as the managing principal of Northern California.

He is responsible for guiding the operations and management of the San Jose, San Luis Obispo, and Bakersfield, California offices. Walter’s role as Managing Principal is multifaceted. He leads the successful execution of a wide variety of educational and civic projects while continuously challenging and guiding the professionals with whom he works to advance in their careers and strive for excellence. He has embraced this new people-centric role as an opportunity to focus on morale, culture, people, and learning. Walter’s design portfolio features academic buildings, facility master plans, facility assessments, libraries, athletic facilities, and district administration buildings. He has completed planning and design services for a multitude of school districts located in Nevada, Texas, and California.

Walter has a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Houston and is a licensed architect. Patricia Ramudo has over 32 years of experience in the civil engineering field. She has extensive experience in the design of hydraulic systems, including site development projects, water distribution systems, flood mitigation projects and the computer simulation of steady-state and transient flow of fluid transmission system. She has carried projects from conceptual design and modeling through construction and monitoring and was additionally responsible for hydraulic analyses, construction administration, design and analysis of water/sewer/storm water systems and permit acquisition at the federal, state and local levels. Patricia is also experienced in the design and rehabilitation of existing systems which are in violation of jurisdictional codes or require modification for upgrading. Helen Parkyns has 20 years of experience working on many of the UK and Europe’s flagship ITS projects.

She is an internationally respected project manager who combines technical insight and accomplished communication and team management skills to deliver operational ITS projects and services. She has worked on all aspects of the lifecycle of ITS projects, from feasibility studies through to implementation and post-project evaluation. Helen has extensive experience in the development of policy and business cases, operational management of road networks and traffic control centres, driver information systems and behavioural responses to such systems, data exchange, trends analysis and data manipulation, national and European projects. Shujun Liu is a Mechanical Engineer with over 20 years of experience in the design of mechanical systems for industrial, institutional, and commercial buildings for both private and public sector clients. He has in-depth knowledge of building codes and standards, which he applies to the detailed design of HVAC, plumbing, piping, and fire protection systems. Shujun has recently led a ten-man mechanical team for multiple TTC stations, Metrolinx layovers at Mimico and Lewis Road, Metrolinx James Station in Hamilton, the Metrolinx Stouffville Corridor pursuit and the Honda Alliston Paint Shop.

Randy Stoll possesses strong project management and engineering skills as they pertain to water and wastewater projects. His structural and hydraulic engineering experience includes complete structural designs of water and wastewater treatment plants, and he has conducted numerous hydraulic studies and designs for urban and rural public water systems. Randy manages water, wastewater, roadway and ground/well water projects for municipalities, counties, and water and sewer districts, also assisting in sourcing funding for projects. In addition to project management and design, he also performs contract administration, overseeing construction projects and preparation of engineering plans, specifications, feasibility studies and preliminary engineering reports.

We have passed the point where half of the worlds population is living in cities. If we as planners and designers want to continue to fight urban sprawl, then we need to focus on maintaining a high quality of green infrastructure in our cities and in particular around transit. The public realm, including parks, streets, shared streets and public plazas need to be designed to maximize the human experience. How we animate those spaces, and manage them with a mix of good design and technology will dictate the quality of life in our future cities. Trevor McIntyre is Global Director, International, which includes IBI Group offices in Europe, the Middle East, and India. He is responsible for the region’s operational results, including financial performance, professional and technical excellence, staff motivation and development, and client satisfaction. He is a Landscape Architect and member of the Canadian Society of Landscape Architecture and the American Society of Landscape Architecture.

Trevor has been a leading planner, landscape architect, and urban designer for more than 20 years, with projects in Canada, USA, Europe, the Middle East, South America, and Asia. He leads the Toronto IBI Group design practice in community planning and design, master planning, and landscape architecture. He has a Masters Degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Guelph. Zohra Mutabanna is a city and transportation planner, and urban designer with a wide range of experience in transportation planning, architecture, and urban design through projects in the US and India. Zohra has worked on projects involving transit oriented development, non-motorized transportation planning, streetscape design, transit service planning, microsimulation modeling and transit technologies.She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Masters in City Planning and a concentrated focus in transportation planning and urban design. Bill Kussro is a Licensed Professional Civil and Structural Engineer in 49 states and responsible for managing a group of 30 structural engineers, civil engineers and CAD designers.

He is ultimately responsible for the technical accuracy, administrative aspects and overall quality control of the projects assigned to the team. He is also involved in planning, conducting and supervising a variety of engineering assignments requiring the application of detailed technical principles and practices to solve problems of significant complexity.

Jeff Christianson is a Project Architect with more than 25 years of experience in the design and construction administration of multi-family residential, hotel, and mixed-use projects in Vancouver. He has been involved in all aspects of project development with emphasis on design development through project completion. With over 20 towers completed, he is an experienced Project Leader with expertise in design, design development, working drawings, and construction administration. Recent projects include several high-rise developments for Concord Pacific Place. Santosh Mishra has over 15 years of experience with a specialization in transit technology, consulting for all transit modes.

Santosh’s work encompasses planning, procurement and implementation of a full range of transit technologies that address the full spectrum needs of a transit agency and to date, he has assisted more than 50 agencies nationwide. Apart from transit technology deployments, Santosh has significant expertise in large transportation data (transit and non-transit) acquisition, management and utilization and was invited to write a guest article in the Mass Transit Magazine under Best Practices column. Santosh also has significant experience in transportation technology research and evaluation and co-authored TCRP Project A-31 Transit, Call Centers and 511: A Guide for Decision Makers, and TCRP Project J-09, Task 12: ‘New and Emerging Technologies’.

Further, he has led several tasks related to recent USDOT research and demonstration projects, including United We Ride/Mobility Service for All Americans and Connected Vehicle/Dynamic Mobility programs. As US Lead, Corporate Services, Tim Foley is responsible for operational results, including financial performance, professional and technical excellence, staff development, and client satisfaction. Tim has a BA in Accounting from Wittenberg University and completed the Owner/President Management course at Harvard in 2001. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the International Board of Standards & Practices for Certified Financial Planners, and the Society of American Military Engineers.

Paul Williams has over 30 years of project and design experience in the electrical engineering field. He has been responsible for conceptual design, specifications, feasibility studies, detail engineering, inspections, commissioning, and project management on numerous utility, industrial and commercial projects.Currently, Paul is the Mechanical and Engineering Peer Reviewer for the Eglinton Crosstown LRT, the Project Manager for the Metrolinx Lewis Road Layover Facility and Metrolinx Mimico Layover Facility, and provides Senior Electrical oversight for various projects. Arend Lottsma is responsible for management of municipal infrastructure replacement projects. His duties include ongoing staff management and client liaison during the preparation of engineering designs and contract documents, where he flexes his technical skills in the preparation and review of engineering design and contract documents. He maintains a consistent presence on the project management front, from coordinating utilities, regulatory agencies and municipalities through to contract administration and project coordination during the construction phase ensuring smooth transitions through the project lifecycle. Since joining the firm upon graduation from the University of Waterloo, Arend has participated in a number of high-profile local projects within the urban downtown areas of Kitchener (King Street, Young Street, College Street, Otto Street and Water Street) and Hespeler Village (Cambridge).

Justin Date is a project engineer with over 14 years of experience in transportation engineering and planning. His design experience includes preliminary and detailed roadway design, project coordination and contract document preparation on new roadway construction, roadway rehabilitation, traffic calming and intersection modification projects.

His transportation planning experience includes the preparation of transportation impact and traffic operations studies, traffic calming plans and parking studies.He is a member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario and the Institute of Transportation Engineers. Don Verbanac is an interdisciplinary Project Manager specializing in transit facilities. Don has 20 years of combined experience in architecture, urban planning, transportation, retail and industrial design from Canada, the USA, Mexico and the Netherlands. For the past decade, Don has primarily worked on BRT, LRT and subway (metro) stations as well as bus terminals and on-street transit facilities. His multidisciplinary background along with his acumen for complex engineering projects have been applied to Waterloo?s King-Victoria Transit Hub, Mississauga BRT, and the successful bid for two large P3 LRT projects in Canada. Don has professional degrees in urban planning (BAA) from Ryerson University and an architecture degree (M.Arch) from the University of Manitoba.

Don is registered as an architect (Bureau Architectenregister-SBA) in the Netherlands, as an intern architect with the Ontario Association of Architects and the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada, as well as a registered professional planner (RPP) with the Ontario Professional Planners Institute and the Canadian Institute of Planners. Don is currently the Segment (Design) Manager on Science Centre and Kennedy Stations where he is managing interdisciplinary design works in parallel with construction as part of the Eglinton Crosstown LRT.

Bruce Beaton is an accomplished project manager with over 25 years of experience, utilizing best practices to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of complex infrastructure designs, large industrial, commercial, institutional, transportation, transit, and health care projects. He has extensive experience with the AFP/P3 delivery model as both leader of project agreement development and transaction phase activities with Infrastructure Ontario and as Technical Advisor to Infrastructure Ontario and the Ministry of Transportation on multibillion-dollar transportation projects. Bruce is fully versed in the development of schedules, budgets, resource forecasts, risk matrices and procurement documents. His past and current roles have required leadership of teams of professionals, both internal and external, in the development of complex infrastructure designs, technical specification documents and managing multidisciplinary design teams to deliver high quality designs. Richard Golledge is a qualified architect specialising in education and healthcare design.

As a strong team leader, he has managed the design and delivery of projects under various public sector procurement routes and contracts, including the NEC Partnering contract. Richard is experienced in creating specialist learning environments for leading universities. Adept at delivering schemes from master planning to construction, he works closely with stakeholder groups to deliver the strategic vision. In 2010, Richard exhibited at the National Eisteddfod in Wales. Brad Chase has over 17 years of extensive experience delivering all aspects of multi-storey residential projects. His experience ranges from concept design, design development, planning and marketing, through to delivery of contract documents and final project delivery. As a Project Lead, Brad is responsible for collaborating with the design team to establish and develop the best design and planning concept for the project.

Over the past five years Brad has focused on low-rise, multi-unit residential projects specifically designed for an aging population. Rikke Brown P.Eng is a LEED AP Water Resources Engineer who has been involved in the preparation of stormwater management reports and plans and design of stormwater management facilities servicing residential and commercial developments in Ottawa. Mustafa has steadily grown his reputation at IBI Group over the last 18 years. He is the Project Manager for the cities of Jeddah and Al Madinah travel model and Public Transport systems design, the Arriyadh comprehensive public transport plan and the electronic tolling for Attiki Odos the ring road in Athens, Greece and led the integration of multi-application smart card systems project in Europe, under the e-Europe program. Mustafa has provided consulting services to the European Commission on funding ITS projects and proposals since 1998 and is the Technical Manager of the IMS Project, a Canadian initiative funded by the Federal government for the implementation of multi-modal and multi-application smart card systems since 1999. Fouad Mustafa is Global Director, P3 Infrastructure. He is a Professional Engineer and member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario, the Consulting Engineers of Ontario, the Ontario Society of Engineers, and the American Public Transportation Association. He is also on the Board of Directors of Consulting Engineers of Ontario. Fouad obtained a Master of Business Administration from York University and has more than 25 years of experience in the management, planning, design, and implementation of transportation infrastructure and facilities with a focus on AFP/P3 projects.

He has managed large infrastructure projects worth more than $1 billion, and has worked with a wide range of public and private sector clients throughout North America and overseas. Jonathan Levy has 40 years of experience in engineering and public works and known for his ability to produce results working with complex public agencies including the, the City of Los Angeles, Caltrans, CPUC and the City of San Diego.

Jonathan is registered both as a Civil and Traffic Engineer in the State of California, and as a Professional Engineer in the State of New York. His various responsibilities over the years included multi-modal transportation planning, traffic engineering, construction management, and public works maintenance. Jeff Cogliati has over 12 years of experience in an array of project typologies. The majority of his recent projects have been benefitted the highrise residential sector.

His strengths lie in the conceptual and schematic design phases of his work, 3D software utilization, and he maintains close involvement with each project throughout the construction process in order to ensure that a high degree of quality is employed. Jeff has been a pivotal team member in the recently completed Core Condos in Toronto, and Maple Condos in Halifax. Jeff holds a Master of Architecture degree and is a member of the Ontario Association of Architects. Kelly Cobbe has provided engineering design, construction administration and project management services to various local municipalities, regional municipalities and provincial and federal government agencies in Eastern and Southwestern Ontario for 30 years. Leveraging a number of IBI’s core strengths, he has undertaken infrastructure and urban streetscape revitalization projects in the downtown cores of a number of municipalities in Waterloo Region. Past efforts have also included leading the civil design efforts during the preparation of the Waterloo LRT Bid and managing a portion of the Viva H3 BRT project.

In addition to his Professional Engineer licensing in Ontario and Manitoba, Kelly was designated as a Consulting Engineer by Professional Engineers of Ontario in 2004. He is a founding member and current past-chair of the Grand River Chapter of Consulting Engineers of Ontario, an active member of the Waterloo Region Homebuilder Association Waterloo Liaison Committee, and a past member of the KW Chamber of Commerce Regional and Municipal Affairs Committee.

Eric Czerniak has over 20 years of experience in design and project management serving both public and private sector clients. His expertise spans the transit, industrial, commercial, energy and land development sectors. Eric has been involved in all aspects of project development, from the feasibility study phase through to preparation of technical documentation including design drawings and specifications; permitting, licensing and approvals; tendering and award; contract administration; testing and commissioning and project close-out. He is experienced in leading teams representing IBI Group as the owner’s engineer and architect which includes preparing the terms of reference; being the client’s technical advisor and representing different clients in the procurement and award of design and construction contracts. Eric is a team player and an effective communicator having managed multidisciplinary teams on projects delivered under different delivery methods including design-bid-build; design-build and AFP/P3. Agnes Herrera has over 28 years of comprehensive experience in project management and interior design for public and private sector clients.

Agnes works with clients in providing functional and creative environments and has planned over 5,000,000 sq ft of office space. Her expertise ensures that programmatic requirements, project budget and schedule are met from inception to completion.

John has managed and provided technical expertise on multiple Class Environmental Assessment studies and detailed design projects, including route alignment/location, transportation system expansion/upgrading and servicing projects, as well as site and subdivision land development and construction administration.

In addition to consulting engineering, John has also managed several projects for a large Ontario-based sewer and watermain contractor, group leadership in the transportation engineering field and technical discipline mentorship in the consulting engineering field. John has researched and created municipal design standards at the local and regional municipal levels and has applied experience with municipal infrastructure management systems. Doug McLachlan’s professional experience includes project management, master planning, medical planning, and construction document production for various projects. Michael Mandelzys P.Eng is a transportation systems engineer with a passion for combining technology and transit. He has worked across North America, leading projects through planning activities such as needs assessments and conceptual designs, specification and RFP development, procurement, and design and testing during implementation.

He has worked with bus, rail, and demand response transit systems including new dispatch and vehicle location systems for the Toronto Transit Commission and GO rail, advanced fare systems in London and Milwaukee, and the regional transit information site (triplinx.ca) for the Greater Toronto Area. Mike Codrington has over 30 years of experience delivering complex system solutions for a multitude of applications and projects. Throughout his career, he has carried out planning, design, commissioning and construction supervision of various process and control systems. Mike is a subject matter expert in the application of different computer systems related to management of real time data, such as SCADA. He has been involved in the planning, design and commissioning of SCADA systems across a broad range of industries, including transportation, transit, materials handling, process, and automotive.

He has also guided the work of a team of engineers and systems designers and is heavily involved in design coordination with all technical disciplines and user groups to ensure cohesive solutions. His expertise encompasses all systems elements, from the device-level components up to high-level supervisory systems.

Robyn Brown is a key figure in the Toronto office Real Estate, Economics & Planning team. As a dedicated professional, her project work is geared to giving her clients the best advice possible. Mike Peery LEED AP is a registered architect in eight states and manages the Raleigh office, including the disciplines of architecture, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering. His staff completes assignments for manufacturing, pharmaceutical, electronics, military, and municipal clients. His project experience includes research and development facilities, laboratories, office buildings, and distribution facilities where Mike’s work blends the important aspects of function, aesthetics, energy conservation, and adherence to project budget. As an Independent Director on the IBI Group Board of Directors, Jane Bird is a member of the Governance, and Compensation Committee.Ms. Bird is a Senior Business Advisor with Bennett Jones LLP. She recently completed an engagement with Canada’s Department of Foreign Affairs, International Trade and Development in London, UK, where she was responsible for the renewal of Canada House on Trafalgar Square.

Prior to undertaking this role, Ms. Bird was CEO of Columbia Power Corporation, a British Columbia crown corporation that develops and operates hydroelectric generation facilities.

Bird was also CEO of Canada Line Rapid Transit Inc., responsible for the development and construction of Canada Line, a $2 billion, 19 km rapid transit line connecting downtown Vancouver with Richmond and Vancouver International Airport. Prior to her career in infrastructure Ms. Bird practiced law. Bird is a director of GCT Global Container Terminals Inc., British Columbia Ferry Services Inc. And Western Forest Products Inc.

She is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors. Saif Zaidi is an Intern Architect (OAA) with over 15 years of comprehensive experience in architectural and interior design projects, responsible for concept and design to drawings through to execution. He has demonstrated expertise in conceptualizing, designing, contract management, project management, and business development. Saif is the team lead for Hospitality & High-Rise Residential Interiors and has designed projects ranging from small residences to large scale mixed-use, retail, corporate office interiors, high-rise residential and hospitality. Working on design-build module projects has enabled him to provide practical design solutions and coordinate with multidisciplinary trades more effectively. Sarah Boyle has over ten years of experience working in the healthcare sector and is the lead for healthcare team in IBI Group’s Manchester office. She has a range of experience across major new build and refurbishment projects for both NHS Trusts and private healthcare clients. She has been involved in both primary and acute care projects from inception to completion through various procurement routes including traditional, partnering and design and build. Sandra Hayman has over 30 years of experience in the civil consulting field in southwestern Ontario.

Her areas of expertise are water resources stormwater management and municipal servicing design. Her experience brings a level of due diligence to project designs, ensuring they not only meet provincial and municipal requirements but timelines and budgets as well.Sandra was the Senior Design Engineer/Project Manager for the Riverside Drive reconstruction project in London, Ontario and is currently wrapping design for the Pincombe Drain Stormwater Management Facility. Neil has over 20 years of experience as a Project Architect and Urban Designer. Neil has worked on commercial and housing sector projects throughout the UK but he has become a key figure in education and education masterplanning projects, bringing architecture and urban design skills to major capital projects. Neil is a lead member of the IBI Learning+ team, specialising in school and college design, and is responsible for the design, coordination and delivery output.

Neil is recognised for leading high quality projects within the business. Neil’s leadership ability and talent to communicate ideas both visually and verbally combined with his recent experience of designing and particularly in delivering EFA funded projects means that he and his team can hit the ground running on fast track projects. Neil has experienced first-hand the new economic reality of centrally funded projects and has adapted to this by producing designs that make most of the budget. Following the completion of the academic paper and acclaimed HEAD Study (Holistic Evidence And Design) carried out by Professor Peter Barret at the University of Salford, Neil has played a leading role in developing the practical application of this research through IBI THiNK, our in-house Research & Development team, culminating in the “Clever Classroom” design and school assessment toolkit. Bankim Kalra has over 15 years of consulting experience on IBI projects in Florida, South Carolina, and Edmonton prior to his relocation to lead IBI India’s urban planning and design practice. With a background in architecture, urban planning and a specialization in economic development, Bankim has developed a diverse portfolio integrated transit and land use planning, urban design, redevelopment planning, streetscape design and strategic TOD projects to his credit. As Deputy Regional Director for Canada East, Ron Stewart’s primary focus is liaising with the Ontario office leads outside Toronto. He has more than 30 years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams in both the private and public sectors at the municipal, provincial, and federal levels across Canada.

Ron has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo and a Master of Business Administration from York University. Heather Semple LEED AP is a talented Architect and Project Manager with over 18 years of experience in a range of projects however the majority of her work has focused on health care/ laboratory design. Her strength lies in her ability to produce well-designed projects; coordinating both the design and contract documents.

She is currently the Project Manager for The Visitor Welcome Centre Phase 1 on Parliament Hill. She was also part of the McGill University Health Centre team, specializing in logistics and material handling. Rob Cascaden has 20 years of experience in the civil consulting field in Ontario. His involvement in the design and implementation of a wide scope of projects over this period provides him with a broad base of experience in the land development field. Rob’s areas of expertise include water resources, stormwater management, residential land development and site plan design and approvals. His experience and knowledge of the land development process are key factors in the successful design and management of land development projects. Rob has gained the necessary skills and experience in water resources/stormwater management design to allow him to complete stormwater management and floodplain mapping assignments.

Typical project skill sets include storm and sanitary sewer design, stormwater management, road alignment and localized improvements, site and area grading, site servicing, cost estimating, preparation of contract documents, construction administration, as-builts, topographic surveys, and supervision of survey crews for field work. Jennifer Lem has highly developed conceptual skills, planning abilities, as well as a keen eye for finishes and details as evidenced by her work on the Edition Hotels (Miami; Waikiki), New World Hotel (Guangzhou), and St. Regis Hotel (Mexico City). Her ability to document and detail the interior environment is integral to her role in developing the Hospitality and Residential Interiors practice, where she is currently working on Minto?s Yorkville Park, Museum House, Harmony Village and the Nitesh Estates amongst projects. Richard Mazuch is an architect and designer who gains great satisfaction from translating holistic ideas into radical but pragmatic solutions.

An authority on healthcare, Richard provides profound insight into designing for global trends, patient groups and clinical provision – informing key decisions throughout the architectural process. Richard has worked on healthcare projects in Italy, Hong Kong, Brazil, Oman, UAE, and more recently Australia. He has been elected as a World Architecture Jury member, as well as being a University lecturer/examiner and speaker at the International Conferences.

Richard has strong relations with key health bodies. He has worked extensively with the NHS contributing to Health Building Notes, Health Technical Memorandum, and their ‘therapeutic environment’ website feature entitled “Slight Sensitive Design and Sound Sensitive Design” enabling designs to build evidence-based healthcare environments.

Richard is a founder and champion of IBI TH!NK. An advocate of evidence-based design, Richard creates innovations that positively impact the psychology and physiology of patient groups. Sense Sensitive Design, Emotional Mapping, the Design Prescription and the hPod are a few of the models that Richard has successfully pioneered. This has led to him authorising two new NHS guidelines for ‘Evidence-based Design Healthcare Environments’.

Richard is a product designer. In collaboration with manufacturers, he creates interventions, such as the BedPod, to support and improve patient care. Richard works frequently with the NHS and DOH Expert Working Groups and Reference Groups helping to develop new Healthcare Strategies and Guidelines.

More recently he has co-authored three key Paediatric Guideline documents entitled: ‘Hospital Accommodation for children and young peopleHBN 23’, ‘Friendly healthcare environments for children and young people’ and ‘Mental Health faculties for children and young people’. Richard was also an active member and contributor to the Expert Reference Group responsible for ‘Facilities for Maternity Care’ HBN21. He was a key contributor to ‘The Children’s National Service Framework’ an NHS and Department of Health document with evaluation process and recommendations Richard made early contributions and document reviews of ‘Creating a Better Health Environment’ an Audit Took Kit by The National Childbirth Trust in 2003. Bruce Mori has more than 20 years of consulting experience that spans the globe. He specializes in transportation systems planning and travel demand forecasting for major metropolitan areas and Landmark Events with a focus on rapid transit systems, integrated transportation land use planning, and sustainable transportation principles. He has responsibility within IBI Group for transportation planning, travel demand forecasting, transportation-related environmental assessments, travel demand forecasting, toll traffic and revenue studies, and rapid transit/LRT and road/highway design. Bruce’s experience includes major studies across North America and in the rapidly developing cities of the Middle East. Matt Colwill, BA.Sc, P.Eng, has 15 years of experience in the fields of road user safety and traffic operations. Matt has conducted operational and safety reviews for a range of public sector clients, at all levels of government, including the Ministry of Transportation of Ontario, the City of Toronto, the City of Ottawa, York Region, the City of Waterloo, Transport Canada, and a number of private sector clients. These projects have involved safety and operational assessments of freeways, rural highways, urban and suburban arterials, and local roadways, and they have addressed the needs of vehicles, pedestrians, cyclists, and specialty road users.

Matt is a member of the Institute of Transportation Engineers, and serves as the Transportation Safety Committee representative to the Sustainability Standing Committee. He is also an active participant in the Road Safety Committee of Ontario. Matt has also published papers and presented at the Transportation Association of Canada annual meeting, addressing topics that include the safety impacts of freeway HOV lanes, the effectiveness of winter weather collision countermeasures, and designing streets to protect vulnerable road users. Stephen Donnelly is one of the firm’s leading specialists in the design and construction of educational facilities. Stephen is currently the project manager and lead designer for the new Applied Health Sciences Addition at the University of Waterloo. He has extensive experience delivering projects via a variety of delivery methods including Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build and P3 procurement.

Bill Bruce brings wide-ranging experience in planning and design for higher education campuses, cities and towns, mixed-use developments, parks and recreational open space. Prior to joining IBI Group, Bill founded and led Community Concepts, Inc., a full service planning and landscape architecture firm located in Marietta, GA. He also co-founded Designing4Health in 2011.

The organization brings together health, design, marketing and funding professionals. They study healthy solutions that can increase the overall health of a campus, community or project by utilizing local health data as a guiding principle for policy, planning and design. With over 40 years of professional architectural experience, Neil Munro has a diverse portfolio of work and project experience working with government agencies, residential, institutional, commercial and urban planning clients. Neil has an exemplary record of institutional work including acting as principal in charge for two demanding and complex architectural commissions, the York University Schulich School of Business, which received the Governor General’s Award for Architecture, and University of Waterloo? He also provides extensive technical support and sales for the system integrators and end customers in East Asia. David?s solid knowledge of control theory and proficient in programmable logic controllers, distributed control systems, intelligent loop controllers, HMI and SCADA systems has benefitted industrial projects in Canada, Europe and Asia. Michael Nobrega is a Chartered Professional Accountant and currently the Chair of Ontario Centres of Excellence, an Ontario based organization that drives the commercialization of leading edge technologies across the transportation, communications and key market sectors.

Michael was past President and Chief Executive Officer of the Ontario Municipal Employees Pension System (OMERS), one of Canada’s largest pension funds, from 2007 to 2014. From 1998 to 2007, Michael was President and Chief Executive Officer of Borealis Infrastructure, the infrastructure investment entity of OMERS. Tony Gill is Global Director, P3 Buildings.

He is an architect and member of the Architectural Institute of BC, the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada, National Council of Architectural Registration Board, and the American Institute of Architects. David Hatton is a licensed Professional Engineer and member of the Institute of Transportation Engineers. Steve Kuo holds a Master Degree in Architecture from Cornell University and has 25 years of experience in all stages of architectural process with particular focus in design development, technical planning, construction documentation and management during building phase with a specialization in mixed use and high-rise residential projects. As Project Manager, he oversees production of working drawings, contract administration and leads consultant teams for Client/Owner representatives as well as directs an Internal staff of ten on various large scale projects including Maple Leaf Square and Air Canada Centre. Carl-Henry Piel is a registered Professional Engineer with 23 years of experience in systems engineering and 18 years of experience specifically in the ITS domain.

His ITS work has focused on systems integration and computer, communications, and sensing technologies. Carl-Henry is the US Professional Services – Traffic Lead and recognized for his expertise when it comes to transportation and systems. He has a broad systems engineering background, encompassing telecommunications systems, control systems design, real-time data acquisition and signal processing systems, and artificial neural networks for control systems and signal processing.

As Deputy Regional Director of Canada East, Audrey Jacob is responsible for the financial performance of the IBI Group Toronto office and works with her Regional colleagues to ensure effective teaming and collaboration, liaising with the Canada East practice leaders. Audrey is a Registered Professional Planner, a Professional Land Economist with more than 25 years of experience. She leads the firm’s Real Estate Economic & Planning practice specializing in growth management/land needs, market analysis, development/financial feasibility/strategy, economic impact, development charges, and municipal financial impact analysis. Audrey has a BA in Geography from the University of Toronto and a Masters of Urban Planning from McGill University and a member of Pragma Council (University of Waterloo), Lambda Alpha, and the Urban Land Institute. Rick Galezowski has 18 years of experience in the design and delivery of exceptional Civic, Institutional, Commercial, Residential, and Transit Architecture. Craig’s years of project management experience for public clients throughout California have made him a resource for client and community relations and quality control within IBI Group.

Ivan Petrovic has over 18 year of diverse experience working in architecture, engineering and construction. He is currently Project Director for a number of land development engineering studies and detail design projects, all based out of the Ottawa office. His Municipal Engineering experience includes design of road and infrastructure renewal projects in both Ottawa and Kingston. Mansoor Kazerouni is a registered architect and has led the IBI Group design team on some of the firm’s most prestigious residential, hotel, office, institutional, and complex mixed-use projects. Mansoor’s contribution to the urban environment has been acknowledged through awards, publications, and appointments to a number of Urban Design Advisory Panels including the cities of Mississauga, Markham and Vaughan.

He actively contributes to the architectural discourse in Toronto as a guest speaker at professional forums and a guest critic at architectural schools. Mansoor was also Program Co-chair and an Advisory Board Member of ULI Toronto.

Grace Gao has over 16 years of multidisciplinary experience in urban design, planning and architecture. Her approach to urban planning strives to create healthy, meaningful, balanced and connected communities in a sustainable framework.

Grace contributes to a broad range of local and global projects including: urban design and place making; mixed use master planning; TOD neighbourhood development; open space and streetscape, and sports events, on behalf of private, public and institutional sector clients.Her architectural and planning background combined with extensive work experience in a landscape architectural firm have strengthened a comprehensive academic knowledge and a keen sense of scales/ coordination for various type developments. Her effective project management skills, team collaborative spirit, multitasking efficiency and creative design capabilities, are a constant asset to her projects and teams. Graeme Scott is responsible for major ITS projects for the Scottish Government’s Transport Scotland agency, Ireland?s National Roads Authority, and the Hong Kong Transport Department. Graeme has extensive ITS expertise, and has provided strategic advice and management on research, studies, design, procurement, development, implementation, and operation of a wide range of ITS solutions.

Graeme also has more than ten years of experience in coordinating and managing client input to major European Commission research initiatives. Neno Kovacevic is a leading Landscape Architect and Urban Designer who has worked on numerous initiatives in North America, Central America and internationally.

He brings more than 20 years of experience to environmentally sensitive design, integrating sustainability into community master planning, parks, open space, urban public plazas and streetscape design. His experience reflects the diverse, evolving role of landscape architecture in facilitating economic development, community building and sustainability. His work is distinguished by a talent to identify and resolve client issues through visionary and practical design solutions, supported by solid project management skills and a proven ability to work as a contributing member of a collaborative design team. In 1994 he completed his Masters degree in landscape architecture at Edinburgh University and is fully registered to practise in Canada, the United States and Montenegro.

As a registered architect, Peter Boccia has over 30 years of professional experience. He has actively participated on a wide range of projects and building types, with an aggregate area in excess of three million sq ft of commercial space. Because of his extensive knowledge of model building codes, he is responsible for all code research and compliance. He is also fully conversant in modern construction materials and methods as well as with best practices in sustainable design. In instances where the size of a project may dictate a more streamlined management approach, Peter has assumed dual role as Project Manager/Project Architect for projects such as the John A. Wilson Building, Washington, District of Columbia; the District of Columbia Courts Master Plan and One Judiciary Square, Washington, DC.

With 15 years of experience in the architectural industry, Guillaume Chan has been involved with a broad spectrum of projects such as residential, commercial, institutional, and large scale projects including water-related infrastructure, nuclear and transportation facilities. His responsibilities as project architect on recently completed projects include architectural design, coordination with various consultants and client liaison. Guillaume is also a hands-on architect involved throughout the lifecycle of the project from design to construction. Charles Finley brings more than 15 years of experience in marketing and communications to IBI Group and is responsible for IBI Group’s brand, communications and digital strategy. Charles is also Co-founder of Code for Canada, the country’s leading civic-tech organization that brings design and technology together for the public good.

He sits on the Steering Committee of Jane’s Walk, a global movement of free, locally-led city walking tours inspired by Jane Jacobs. He has a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing and Accounting) from Concordia University, a Bachelor of Arts (Urban Studies) from Concordia University, and a Master of Arts (Communications and Culture) from York University. John Knape is a qualified Architect with over 30 years of post-qualification experience and has been especially committed to the design of healthcare facilities and building types which fulfil social needs. His experience covers work in both the public and private sectors and he can draw upon a thorough knowledge of relevant design standards including Department of Health Building Notes and Technical Memoranda.

John has experience of a wide range of procurement methods including traditional and two-stage tendering, design & build, partnering, management contracting and PFI and in his role as the practice’s Frameworks Director, has been instrumental in leading successful bid processes to secure IBI’s position as Primary Supply Chain Members on all three UK national healthcare Frameworks. John has recently led teams on a number of projects in both the acute and primary care sectors, including the award winning development at Broadgreen Hospital, Liverpool. John is keen to pioneer innovative design solutions such as the “Barn Theatre” concept, but places great emphasis on excellent relationships with client and contractor as the key to a successful project. Tony Withall has over 12 years of land use planning and development experience with residential, commercial and mixed use developments. His responsibilities involve reviewing and interpreting Official Plans, Zoning By-Laws, Site Plan Guidelines and Urban Design Guidelines. He is involved in every aspect of the planning process from conceptual design to application submission and approval coordination.

Primarily focusing on commercial developments for several large private Canadian companies, Tony has used his expertise in planning instrument analysis and interpretation, and site design to obtain approval for a large number of QSR restaurants and service stations throughout Ontario. Terry Ruszczak is a dedicated, results-oriented, energetic and creative Architectural Technologist, with 35 years of experience in contract administration/field inspection, with an emphasis on project management and leadership. He directs the drafting team for working drawings, tendering, shop drawing review and monitored/inspected the project on-site as liaison between the client, consultants and contractors.

He is commended for his communication with multiple stakeholders in the implementation of designs into construction documents. Comprehensive knowledge of building science principles, construction methods and techniques and his understanding of zoning by-laws allow for Terry’s unique and creative ability to execute accurate working drawings for building permit application and construction maintaining the highest levels of Life Safety. Scott Miller has extensive experience in designing many commercial and institutional projects, filling the role of either Design Architect or Project Architect. He has designed a number of schools, office buildings and hangar facilities, and has worked for a number of years on the Calgary International Airport.

Scott’s skill set also includes scheduling, consultant coordination, graphic design, and production of contract documents as well as construction administration. He is currently engaged in the project design and management of two residential condominium towers in Calgary, and an assisted living development in Lethbridge.

Gwyn Vose has over 15 years of experience and has led projects in Canada, Hong Kong, and the Middle East. He is an exceptionally creative designer who has a number of award-winning contemporary buildings to his credit. He specializes in mixed-use residential buildings and thrives on the opportunities presented in “conversion” projects. Gwyn’s work spans a wide range of typologies, but focuses primarily on multi-family residential and mixed-use projects, which range in scale from duplex houses to over 500 ft tall towers. Notable examples of his local projects include: Harbour Green Three, One Burrard Place, 564 Beatty Street, The Spot, Opsal & Sitka. Min Seung Shin is an integral part of the transit architecture group where he continually refines his knowledge, management and communication skills with each successive project.

He was a core team member for the successful design development of Eglinton Crosstown LRT, Edmonton LRT and Ottawa LRT. He is currently managing one of the Eglinton Crosstown LRT stations. Before joining IBI Group, Min worked in France, South Korea and in cities in Europe, such as Rome and Barcelona. He worked as part of the design team for international projects such as Philharmonie de Paris la Villette, Las Vegas Atlantis, the competition winning proposal for urban renewal of La Roche-sur-Yon (France), and the competition winning proposal for Auditorium de Saint Cyprien (France). He is a member of the French Architectural Association with a government issued diploma. Jennifer Moore brings 17 years of design and project management experience and maintains a professional interest in understanding how people experience the landscape around them.

She has also developed an expertise in designing for children, elderly and people with special needs, which is applied to the accessible design of public and private spaces. Jennifer leads a landscape architecture team and coordinates the design and construction of a diverse array of projects including: urban and community design, public parks, ecological restoration projects, transportation facilities, commercial development and school and healthcare facilities.
